THE WATCHER is a film about watching. It consists of many hours of footage of me watching other visual content. It is cropped to show only my eyes. I had to film my watching to encourage myself to watch. Look for changes in my tired eyes. As you watch THE WATCHER you become the watcher of a watcher who himself was not watching THE WATCHER.

One good detail is that the finale of the film includes footage from the Lifetime Movie Network's 2016 film The Watcher, a different but related film worth watching in its own right.
